MandirNow ("we", "us") is operated by [MandirNow], [REGISTERED ADDRESS, INDIA]. We arrange Hindu religious services (pujas, paath, sevas) performed by verified independent pujaris in India, Vastu consultations, and delivery of puja kits and permitted prasad.
When you book, we confirm the pujari, location, date and muhurat. The ritual is performed as per tradition with your sankalp details. You receive proof: live stream access where offered, a recording, timestamped photos and a completion confirmation. We make no guarantee of any specific spiritual, material or worldly outcome — only that the ritual is performed authentically as described.
Prices are shown before checkout and payments are processed securely by our payment partners (e.g. Razorpay). Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds and we send confirmation by email or WhatsApp. Vastu consultations are scoped and confirmed before payment.
Kits and prasad ship only where permitted by the destination country's customs rules. Delivery timelines are estimates; customs delays are outside our control. Restricted items are not sold to destinations where they cannot legally be delivered.
You confirm the names, gotra, nakshatra and other sankalp details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to share them. Vastu guidance is traditional advice, not engineering, legal or financial advice.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Pune, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

For Vastu consultations: property details, floor plans and photos you share. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by us.
Solely to perform and deliver the services you book, to send you booking confirmations and proof of completion, and to meet legal obligations. We treat sankalp details as sensitive: they are shared only with the pujari performing your ritual and are never used for marketing or sold to anyone.
Data is stored securely and retained only as long as needed. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by writing to hello@mandirnow.com. We comply with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where applicable, the GDPR for users in Europe.
We use only essential cookies needed for the site to function. No third-party advertising trackers.

You may reschedule any puja free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled muhurat by contacting us on WhatsApp or email.
Cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are refunded 50%, as pujari and samagri arrangements will already be in motion. Shipped kits/prasad are non-refundable once dispatched.
If a puja cannot be performed as described — wrong ritual, missing proof, or non-performance — you receive a 100% refund, no questions asked. If the assigned pujari is unavailable, we offer an equivalent verified replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval, via our payment processor.
